Introduction
The Master of Science (M.Sc.) in nursing programme is designed to prepare nurses for higher academicprogrammewithaviewtoproducingnursesatvariousspecialties. Duration of Programme
The Full-time Master of Science degree in Nursing shall run for a minimum duration of 18calendar months and a maximum of 24 calendar months. The Part-time Master of Science degree in Nursing Science shall run for a minimum duration of 24 calendar months and maximum of 36 calendar months.

Graduation Requirements
All core courses are required to be passed at a minimum of 50%, and to be awarded a Master‘s degree in Nursing Science, a candidate must pass a minimum of 42 credit units consisting of 36Core courses; Dissertation of 6 credit units inclusive, and 6 credits units of elective courses. All students irrespective of their specialty areas can take elective courses from any of the specialties. All students must participate in practicum, presentation of seminar, COBES and dissertation.
