B. Introduction
The MPhil/Ph.D. degree programme in Anatomy is to impact cutting-edge skills and knowledge to qualified persons, and by so doing, produce highly skilled teaching and research personnel at the highest level of the anatomical and biomedical sciences who can practice globally.
C. Philosophy
The philosophy of the MPhil/Ph.D. degree programme in Anatomy is the provision of advanced training of highly skilled and globally competitive professionals in the anatomical sciences, as well as to promote critical, analytical and creative skills relating to biomedical research.

ANA 899 Dissertation 10 credits
Research work in the candidate‘s area of interest presented in a report (Dissertation) and examined orally before a Panel of Examiners.
H. Graduation Requirements
The candidate will convert to a Ph.D degree programme to obtain the award of the Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Anatomy, following satisfying the prerequisites as stated under the Ph.D. programme.
